The short version. Heraldia does not ask you to sign up. The app creates a random identifier on your phone and your game is kept on our server under it. If you want, you can link an email to recover your game on another phone. If you choose an alias, other players see it in the rankings and in the Liza, together with your heroes. The game offers reward videos from Google AdMob, which you only watch if you want to; on iOS it asks your permission before those ads can be personalised, and you can say no and keep playing. We never see your payment details, and we do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos or your microphone.

If you choose an alias, it appears in the rankings of your realm, in the Liza, the Joust and the Pass of Arms, together with your account level, your position and the heroes you fight with. Until you choose one, other players see a generic name instead.
If you use the chat, what you write is stored on our server with your alias and the time, and is seen by whoever the channel is for: everyone in your realm, the members of your warband, or the one person you write to privately. Before sending, the game hides blocked words, links, email addresses and phone numbers; if it hides anything, we keep what you actually wrote too, so a moderator can check it. We also keep your reports, the players you have blocked, when you accepted the chat rules and any restriction we have placed on your chat.
Reported messages are read by a person on our team, together with the messages around them. If we hide one of your messages or restrict your chat, the game's mail tells you why, whether it was automatic or decided by a person, and how to ask us to review it. We do this to keep the chat safe and to meet our legal obligations as a service that hosts what its users write (EU Digital Services Act).
The game offers optional reward videos supplied by Google AdMob. There are no banners and no ads that interrupt the game.
Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card or your payment details. Our server stores the transaction identifier the store gives us, which product it was, its price, currency and store country, whether it was refunded, and what the game delivered to you.
Your IP address is part of any internet connection and reaches our server with every request. We use it only briefly, to limit how many requests a single connection can make; we do not store it with your game. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs. This web page only sets the technical cookies the server uses for any visit; none of them tracks you.

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to data brokers. Google and Apple may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, object to it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent to personalised advertising at any time.
Write to info@consultoriaehero.com with your player code (Settings → Account → Player code; tapping it copies it), so we can tell which game is yours. The Support button in Settings writes it into the email for you. We answer within one month.
If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
On your iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn Heraldia off. That stops the advertising identifier from being shared. You can still watch reward videos, but the ads will not be personalised.
If you uninstall the app, your game stays on our server, and your player code or your linked email bring it back. To delete it, open Settings → Account → Delete account: your game, your heroes, your alias, your chat messages and your linked email are deleted at once and cannot be recovered. If you can no longer open the game, write to us with your player code and we delete it within 30 days. Purchase records are kept for accounting, as explained above.
Heraldia is not meant for children under 14. It has purchases with real money and advertising.
If we change how the game handles your data, we update this page and change the date at the top.

En corto. Heraldia no te pide registrarte. La app crea un identificador aleatorio en tu móvil y tu partida se guarda en nuestro servidor con él. Si quieres, puedes vincular un correo para recuperar la partida en otro móvil. Si eliges un alias, los demás jugadores lo ven en las clasificaciones y en la Liza, junto con tus héroes. El juego ofrece vídeos con premio de Google AdMob, que solo ves si quieres; en iOS te pide permiso antes de que esos anuncios se personalicen, y puedes decir que no y seguir jugando igual. Nunca vemos tus datos de pago, y no recogemos tu ubicación, tus contactos, tus fotos ni tu micrófono.

Si eliges un alias, sale en las clasificaciones de tu reino, en la Liza, la Justa y el Paso de armas, junto con tu nivel de cuenta, tu puesto y los héroes con los que luchas. Hasta que lo eliges, los demás ven un nombre genérico.
Si usas el chat, lo que escribes se guarda en nuestro servidor con tu alias y la hora, y lo ve quien corresponde a ese canal: todo tu reino, los de tu mesnada o la persona a la que escribes en privado. Antes de enviarlo, el juego tapa las palabras prohibidas, los enlaces, los correos y los teléfonos; si tapa algo, guardamos también lo que escribiste de verdad, para que lo pueda revisar un moderador. Guardamos además tus denuncias, los jugadores que has bloqueado, cuándo aceptaste las normas del chat y cualquier restricción que hayamos puesto a tu chat.
Los mensajes denunciados los lee una persona de nuestro equipo, junto con los de alrededor. Si ocultamos un mensaje tuyo o limitamos tu chat, el correo del juego te dice por qué, si fue automático o lo decidió una persona y cómo pedirnos que lo revisemos. Lo hacemos para que el chat sea seguro y para cumplir nuestras obligaciones como servicio que aloja lo que escriben sus usuarios (Reglamento de Servicios Digitales de la UE).
El juego ofrece vídeos con premio opcionales de Google AdMob. No hay banners ni anuncios que corten la partida.
El pago lo procesan íntegramente la App Store o Google Play. Nunca vemos ni guardamos tu tarjeta ni tus datos de pago. Nuestro servidor guarda el identificador de transacción que nos da la tienda, qué producto era, su precio, moneda y país de la tienda, si se reembolsó, y qué te entregó el juego.
Tu dirección IP forma parte de cualquier conexión a internet y llega a nuestro servidor en cada petición. La usamos solo un momento, para limitar cuántas peticiones puede hacer una misma conexión; no la guardamos con tu partida. El proveedor de alojamiento conserva los registros habituales del servidor. Esta página web solo pone las cookies técnicas que usa el servidor en cualquier visita; ninguna te rastrea.

No vendemos tus datos ni se los entregamos a intermediarios de datos. Google y Apple pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; esas transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Puedes pedirnos una copia de tus datos, que los corrijamos, que los borremos, que limitemos lo que hacemos con ellos, oponerte a un tratamiento o que te los demos en un formato portable. También puedes retirar en cualquier momento el consentimiento a la publicidad personalizada.
Escribe a info@consultoriaehero.com con tu código de jugador (Ajustes → Cuenta → Código de jugador; al tocarlo se copia), para que sepamos cuál es tu partida. El botón de Soporte de los Ajustes ya lo pone en el correo. Contestamos en el plazo de un mes.
Si crees que lo hemos hecho mal, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es.
En tu iPhone: Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo, y desactiva Heraldia. Eso impide que se comparta el identificador publicitario. Sigues pudiendo ver vídeos con premio, pero los anuncios no se personalizan.
Si desinstalas la app, tu partida sigue en nuestro servidor, y tu código de jugador o tu correo vinculado la recuperan. Para borrarla, abre Ajustes → Cuenta → Borrar la cuenta: tu partida, tus héroes, tu alias, tus mensajes del chat y tu correo vinculado se borran en el momento y no se pueden recuperar. Si ya no puedes abrir el juego, escríbenos con tu código de jugador y la borramos en un plazo de 30 días. El registro de compras se conserva por contabilidad, como se explica arriba.
Heraldia no está pensado para menores de 14 años. Tiene compras con dinero real y publicidad.
Si cambiamos cómo trata el juego tus datos, actualizamos esta página y cambiamos la fecha de arriba.
